News & Events: MathXL Login Option for MyMathLab Users

MyMathLab users have an additional option for accessing the MathXL-powered parts of their course, including math homework, tests, tutorials, study plan, gradebook, and calendar.

To use the MathXL login option:

• Go the MathXL home page at www.mathxl.com.
• Click the MyMathLab Log In link to go to a special login page at www.mathxl.com/login_mml.htm.
• Enter the same login name and password you use to access MyMathLab.

All of the work you do from the MathXL view of your course is saved, and it remains available when you return to your complete MyMathLab course inside CourseCompass.

What does this login option mean for MyMathLab instructors?

If you are a registered MyMathLab instructor, the MathXL login option allows you to access the same homework, testing, and gradebook functions that are found in CourseCompass under the MyMathLab area of the Control Panel:

• Homework Manager
• Test Manager
• Gradebook
• Results Manager

You can access the MathXL login option using the same login name and password you use for MyMathLab -- you do not need a new access code, login name, or password. No matter which login option you use, any work you do in one view of your course will always be reflected when you return to the other view.
